•             Must have expertise and strong knowledge in Apex programming, Visual force, Data loader, SFDC configuration, Sites and SSO

•             Must have worked in multiple ap-exchange products

•             Must have exposure to SFDC best practices & guidelines in implementing the solution

•             Must be SFDC certified professional

•             Should be able to think beyond the product boundary to suggest solution alternatives

•             Must have minimum 7+ years of total IT experience of which min 5+ yrs of SFDC

•             Must have Good communication and client facing skills

Contractor Responsibilities:
Client is starting a project to migrate a J2EE application based on ESRI's Java ADF framework to one based on ESRI's Flex API and Server Object Extension technology.  This will include design, prototyping, development and testing.  The contractor will participate in all phases.  The contractor will need to work somewhat independently to learn the current  application through reverse engineering java code.  Candidate, therefore, should have proven a strong ability to learn new technologies and systems independently in the past.  Excellent communication skills are required (8 on a scale of 10).  The candidate must demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to work independently at times.   Contractor does not necessarily need to be strong in both J2EE and Flex but a combination of skills is preferred.
