ایک مرتبہ کا ذکر ہے کہ کسی ملک کا ایک بادشاہ تھا۔ اس نے ایک نہایت خوبصورت باز پال رکھا تھا جس سے وہ شکار کا کام لیتا تھا۔ باز اس کا وفادار اور اس کے اشاروں پر چلنے والا تھا۔ ایک دن وہ گم ہوگیا۔ تلاش کے باوجود بھی نہ ملا۔ بادشاہ نے ملک بھر میں ڈھنڈورا پٹوا دیا۔ باز کی تلاش شروع ہوگئی۔

اُدھر باز ایک بُڑھیا کی جھونپڑی میں چلا گیا۔ بُڑھیا ناسمجھ اور جاہل تھی۔ اس نے باز کو دیکھا تو کہا، تو کِن ناسمجھ لوگوں کے ہتھے چڑھ گیا ہے؟ جنھوں نے تیرے پروں کی تراش خراش کی نہ تیرے ناخن کاٹے اور نہ تیری ٹیڑھی چونچ کو سیدھا کیا۔ سو اس نے باز کی چونچ، پروں اور ناخن کو کاٹ دیا اور اسے بالکل بے کار کردیا۔ بادشاہ کے کارندے باز کو ڈھونڈتے ہوئے بُڑھیا کی جھونپڑی تک پہنچے اور باز کو لے کر بادشاہ کی خدمت میں پیش کرکے سارا ماجرا بیان کیا۔

بادشاہ بہت رویا اور باز سے کہنے لگا تیرا یہی علاج تھا جو بُڑھیا نے کردیا۔ تو نے اپنے مالک سے جو تیری ہر ضرورت کو بہتر سمجھتا اور تیرا خیال رکھتا تھا دغا کی اور ایسی جگہ گیا جہاں نہ تو کوئی تیری ضرورت کو سمجھتا تھا اور نہ تیرا خیال رکھ سکتا تھا۔ پس ذلت تو تیرا مقدر ہونی ہی تھی سو وہ ہوئی۔

Peace Be Upon Him
said, "Allah said, 'I will be an opponent to three types of people on the Day of Resurrection:

1. One who makes a covenant in My Name, but proves treacherous.
2. One who sells a free person and eats his price.
3. One who employs a laborer and takes full work from him but does not pay him for his labour.'"

Covenant means: an agreement, usually formal, between two or more persons to do or not dosomething specified.

treacherous means: unfaithful, faithless, treasonous. 2. deceitful. (dhoka)

One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey. He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone's amazement he quieted down. A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up. As the farmer's neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!

MORAL : Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of our troubles is a steppingstone. We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up. Remember the five simple rules to be happy: 1. Free your heart from hatred - Forgive. 2. Free your mind from worries - Most never happens. 3. Live simply and appreciate what you have. 4. Give more. 5. Expect less from people but more from yourself. You have two choices... smile and close this page, or pass this along to someone else to share the lesson
