Quantitative Sales and Analytics group (QSA) is seeking a Quantitative Analyst to conduct analysis on equity based trade executions and assist in the development of content for transaction cost analysis application. The successful candidate is comfortable with large datasets and is able to apply statistical techniques to determine the primary drivers of trade performance.

Required Skills:

-Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

-Experience performing statistical analysis on diverse data sets

-Experience in one or more major programming languages (C++/Java/Matlab) and SQL desirable.

-Application of quantitative techniques and models in an equity trading setting is highly desirable

-Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) a must. The candidate must demonstrate an ability to articulate and translate mathematical concepts into language understood by others.

-Excellent analytical skills.
