• Analyzing Business Requirements for creating and reviewing test ware – Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios and Test Cases.
• Should have knowledge on batch processing, JCL,CICS, VSAM errors and be able to assist team resolving issues.
• Experience in Test cases execution, Defect Tracking, Defect Analysis and participating in meetings with clients.
• Hands on working experience on Quality Center (QC) tool
• Should have knowledge on Test estimation, Optimum use of tools and techniques
• Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills
• Prior experience of handling a team of 5+ is a must.
• Be able to understand and explain the STLC life cycle and methodologies.
• Hands-on working experience on Mainframe system, SQL queries and RDBMS concepts.
• Flexibility to work in onsite/ offshore model
• Domain and Working knowledge in Retail or Pharma will be an advantage
