Location: Milwaukee WI

Duration: 6+  months

 

Description and Responsibilities:

 

Primary Roles/Responsibilities:

Page Layout, Record Type, List View, Tab configuration

Workflow and Approval processes setup

Custom Object development

Reports and Dashboard development

Apex and Visualforce for custom functionalities

User and Profile Management

Possible Integration work

Some BA/Admin work can also be expected like User Training, Documentation, Process charting etc.

 

Qualifications:

 

Required Skills/Competencies:

Object Oriented Programming experience

Hands on experience in developing and/or designing Salesforce.com implementations or customizations

Both service and sales cloud experience accepted

Admin 201, Developer 401, Developer 501 certifications highly preferred

SAP Integration Experience is a plus

SQL Developer with .NET Experience

 

Qualifications:

•         Modifies moderately complex application programs from detail specifications. Identifies problems and possible solutions

•         Must have SSIS Development Experience.

•         Must have SSRS Development Experience.

•         Must have a working knowledge of web-application development using C#/ASP.NET

•         Must have experience working with SQL Server databases with tables containing millions of records.

•         Applies a broad knowledge and works independently to code, test, debug, document, implement and maintain software applications

•         Creates a moderately complex design document through the assessment of requirements.  Assesses alternatives to different designs and selects best solution to fit business needs

•         Reads, interprets, creates and maintains moderately complex conceptual, logical and physical models to include context diagrams, data flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, data dictionaries and logical flow charts

•         Assists in ensuring that system improvements are successfully implemented. Resolves moderately complex design issues utilizing software development lifecycle and development methods.

•         Performs complex queries and updates of tables. Performs moderately complex data modeling and database design with a small amount of oversight

 

The ideal candidate would have experience in:

•         Informatica (Power Center & B2B)

•         Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts/best practices/design patterns

•         Experience using AJAX and JQuery in ASP.NET development
