Job Description:

• The ideal candidate Should have at least 3 years of SAP Test Management / Lead level working experience using SAP Solution Manager ( version 7.0 Ehp 1)

• He should have the ability to develop and manage the testing effort, providing technical leadership, as well as:

• Hands-on experience in configuring SAP solution manager for Test Management. Which includes the following activities

§ Test Requirement gatherings in SolMan

§ Developing Test Plan in SolMan

§ Developing Test cases in SolMan

§ Executing Testcases in SolMan

§ Test packaging and allocation in SolMan

§ Test Progress reporting & monitoring in SolMan

§ Test Defect Track Life Cycle in SolMan

• Hands on working experience in SAP SolMan adapter for HP Quality Center, which includes the following activities

§ Adapter installation

§ Configuration

§ Transfer of data / message between SAP SolMan & HP QC

§ Message transfer monitoring and administration

• Provide support on Test management activities including offshore.

• Experienced in preparing Test Strategy, test plan and all test life cycle activities.

• Experienced in integration of SAP Solution Manager and HP Quality Center using Adapter.

• Test scope cover in SAP Technical Upgrade Testing

• Excellent Communication Skills.

• Good SAP Testing experience

Systems Engineer

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Interview: Face to Face interview will be required...Local candidates are preferred!

1) Installation and administration of Windows 2000, 2003, and 2008 Servers, SQL clustering using industry tools and best practices. Diagnose and repair hardware and software related issues.
2) System upgrades such as firmware, OS, application, and security patch evaluation and deployment using SMS, patchlink, WSUS, IBM Director, Trend AV, and manual processes.
3) Ability to manage various vendor and homegrown applications as required.
4) Administer and/or troubleshoot Active Directory and related environments such as WINS, DNS, file shares and folder permissioning, user account maintenance, and group policy, as well as server performance tuning.
5) Solid understanding of SAN components using Cisco MDS, McData, EMC ECC, EMC Clariion using Mirrorview and DMX using SRDF.
6) Maintain ISO, SOX, and SAS70 awareness and work to increase compliancy when needed.
7) Solid understanding of virtualization technologies, such as VMware ESX.

Required Skills:

Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:
• 5-7 years experience with Microsoft operating systems.
• 5-7 years experience with various software applications.
• 5-7 years experience with multiple vendor server hardware, including HP, IBM, Dell, and EMC.
• Intermediate understanding of networking principles, including DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and team peers.

Desired Skills: 1-3 years experience with HP and/or IBM blades

· Business facing representative of project with strong understanding of mobility solutions and sales force automation.

· Ability to take business case objectives and develop a successful project plan that maximizes efficiencies to achieve aggressive timeline.

· Vendor management skills to develop trust and credibility between vendor, business, and project team.

Additional Skills/Qualifications:

· Familiarity with MCDMv2 (Accenture project methodology).

· Experience with iPad development, a plus.

· Experience with Mobile Device Management applications and rule sets preferred.

· Experience with configuration and deployment of mobile devices to geographically dispersed user base, a plus.

· Ability/knowledge to use MS Project and manage the financial aspects of a project

Responsibilities

Manage start-up through deploy and post-deploy benefit realization of Execution Link project.

Execution Link project - This is a small, external effort that will not go through entire methodology. Developing a retail survey application that will deployed on new iPads that MC will be procuring out to the sales team for MC. There is an existing survey solution on an older technology currently. This project will be replacing the old device and survey with iPad and new retail survey.
