Senior Test Engineer

- Manage workload with multiple projects applying engineering
principles to analyze, plan, develop, implement and evaluate testing
solutions

- Test construction equipment in actual or simulated field or lab
conditions

- Continuously improve test procedures and methods for all product
testing

- Document and maintain accurate, comprehensive test report records
and summaries for tested machines

- Mentor, direct, and train test engineers and technicians

- Prepare analysis, test, performance, schedule, and cost information
as required in assigned area of responsibility

- Bachelor's degree in engineering with a minimum of 5 years of
experience.

- 10+ years Test and/or design experience with off road, construction
or agricultural equipment will be considered in lieu of a degree.

- Establish and implement test methods to ensure early identification
of potential problems with new and existing products and processes

- Experience evaluating product designs and product performance
requirements to determine testing requirements

- Demonstrated knowledge of electrical systems and electrical
interface requirements to use in analysis of equipment test setups

Test Analyst

Test Analysts are responsible for creating test plans and executing
test scripts that validate the quality of our solutions.The Test
Analyst is also responsible for recording test results and logging
issues. In this role, you are required to have basic application
knowledge and should be highly focused on quality and attention to
detail. You will be required to work with Solution Designers, Solution
Architects, Software Engineers, and Delivery Consultants to help
define testing scenarios and to communicate issues and testing results
throughout the testing process.

-Associate's degree or equivalent experience -2.75 cumulative GPA -
Ability to learn and apply new technical skills and concepts quickly -
Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Possess decision
making skills as well as the ability to deal with ambiguity -
Demonstrates the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
and prioritize work to meet adapting deadlines -Attention to detail -
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite -Ability to work
overtime and irregular hours when needed

-Experience with SQL, MadCap Flare, or SilkTest (or other automated
test software) a plus

ensuring quality and safety of software * Excellent verbal and written

QA tester

* Execute formal 'script' test procedures detailing functionality for
assigned product applications and denote any deviations to same.

* As directed by assigned Product Line Manager/QA Analyst, the QA
tester may be asked to prepare 'script' test procedures/test plans
detailing functionality for assigned product applications by via the
utilization of supplied requirements documentation.

* Verify program modifications made by DSS developers execute as
required and that all other program functionality executes correctly
as well. This may entail execution of exhaustive, regression testing
script procedures to insure complete program/application functionality
is maintained.

* May be asked to assist with Preparation/submittal of help desk
(Supportworks/Quality Center) tickets detailing issues found during
execution of QA testing script procedures. Such tickets shall be
submitted under the direct supervision of assigned Product Line
Manager or QA Analyst.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENTS:

a) Minimum of Two (2) years experience in a capacity where you have
clearly demonstrated the duties included under the Critical and Non-
Critical job elements section of this PD. b) High School degree
required. c) Two years of college (AA Degree) or full college degree a
definite plus. d) Equivalent combinations of work experience and\or
education will be considered.
