Location: Baltimore, MD

- Write database triggers, PL/SQL, and packages according to the business requirements.
- Design and develop application user interface using current Oracle technologies such as Oracle web services, APEX, Web logic, java libraries, etc.
- Troubleshoot and perform database and application performance tuning
- Design, develop and create user reports based on business requirements
- Assist the development team in the design, development, testing, tuning and implementation of database applications
- Create and maintain SQL queries and routines
- Work with complex data models and object relational database mapping, while producing complex reports
- Ensures that application design is scalable and maintainable

Title: Systems Analyst / SAP ABAP Developer
Location: East Los Angeles, CA
Type: Contract
Term: 6 Months+
Description:
· Participate in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP solutions across various modules.
· Requirements Analysis: Conduct workshops with business clients to collect requirements and facilitate the development of quality functional and technical specifications.
· Design: Propose custom SAP solutions that will be used to meet business requirements.
· Construction: Create, maintain and administer SAP solutions that adhere to FirstEnergy's development standards. Anticipate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve development issues.
· Test: Develop and execute detailed unit test plans. Work with and lead the business customers during user acceptance. Unit, integration, and stress testing for application projects, upgrades, or maintenance and also the development and maintenance of the test plans.
· Implement: Provide production support of implemented functionality. Develop clear documentation for completed products.
· Provide high level estimates on the effort required to complete work requests.
· Investigate, debug and resolve problems reported. Respond to calls that come into the Help Desk and support customers.
· Work flexible hours and be available for call-in and after hours support (7x24 operations).
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Management Information Systems, a related degree, or commensurate experience.
· Minimum of 5 years experience in ABAP development in ECC 6.0, specifically with Function Modules, RFC's, User Exits/Enhancements, Dialog Programming, Reports, BAPI's and Sap Script/SMARTFORMS.
· Experience across various SAP ERP modules is preferred.
· Knowledge of Data Dictionary, Workflow, ABAP Objects, IDOCs, and performance improvement preferred.
· Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a production support environment.
· Analytical skills to effectively resolve technical problems, identify and implement process improvements, and think creatively.
