Qlikview - skills are mandatory. with broader BI understanding. -------
The EPMA Architecture Team - Application Architecture Team provides direction on, and serves as the escalation point for application architecture (including BI data delivery capabilities).
Key Activities:
· Primary point of contact for business and systems areas for architecture definition and discussion of work requests/business cases.
· This includes:
· Responsibility for high level application design. High level design includes determining partitioning of solutions into applications/services and defines application/service interactions.
· Ensure tech and data are brought to the table at the appropriate time in conversations with the business on solution definition.
· Provide larger solution context to project designers, developers and test analysts.
· Strategic planning and road mapping with business partners.
· Establish strategic direction for application architecture.
· Early identification of proof of concepts and research.
· Participates in planning, prioritizing and packaging of work efforts.
· Review Architectural Decision Documents (ADDs) and participate in creation as appropriate.
· Serve as an escalation point for architectural issues, risks, decisions coming from initiatives/releases and service areas.
· Align application design process with evolving enterprise directions and provide input on setting departmental directions for Application Architecture.
· Participate in horizontal business efforts. Horizontal efforts define logical business function/process across all lines and access points and align work between multiple portfolios.
· Participate, as appropriate, in design reviews for work efforts in other solution centers when integration points and/or reusable components/services are built.
· EPMA - Real Time Analytics Research and Recommendations which resource needed to perform Industry Research, Research Trends and Solutions, Identify Gaps and feasibility with existing products, brainstorm and design real time or near real time solutions, come up with recommendations

QUALITY ENGINEER
1. Contract review for Customer Quality Requirements, including print and specification review that flows down these requirements for the design and manufacture of our products
2. Internal auditing for compliance and effectiveness of business and manufacturing processes
3. Ability to recommend and implement process changes to improve quality and productivity from audits and reviews using Lean/Six Sigma tools and techniques to E1 level(Green Belt).
4. Interfaces with the customer service, sales team and Customer to resolve issues related to compliance to specifications or product quality in a timely manner. - Initiates and implements Customer Notification Process - Initiates internal corrective action system and executes process to provide resolution and response to Customers
5. Monitoring and evaluation of data metrics to ensure that customers are satisfied with HPC performance.
6. Supervise 2 to 3 assoicates in the quality department.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing. Preferred Requirements: ASQ certification
2 years previous quality experience.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Undertanding of basic Quality system procedures, auditing and/or quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Database query skills, familiarity with database software and reporting tools.
Experience with methodology to process and solve corrective actions.
Experience with measuring techniques, use of gauging and basic metrology. Experience with Six Sigma problem solving process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Partners with manufacturing and manufacturing engineering to correct non-compliance and/or recommend process changes to meet quality system objectives/requirements. 2. Lead critical to quality alignment initiatives with suppliers and customers. 7. Facilitates SPC/Corrective Action meetings, interpret condition of SPC charts, and determine corrective actions. 8. Establishes, analyze and report quality trends for key quality indicators from manufacturing and assembly to assist company decision-making process. 9. Reduces and controls manufacturing process defects (scrap, nonconforming materials and customer complaints.) 10. Develops and implements product quality plans, documents and systems by creating product specifications, quality specifications, quality plans and risk analyses. Develops and implements process monitoring systems by identifying critical process steps, which could culminate in possible sources of manufacturing defects and devise methods to reduce process variation in order to reduce or eliminate the cause of defects. 11. Validates new processes, development and implementation of IQ/OQ/PQ, analyze data for validations, aid engineering staff on risk assessment, verification. Address customer application issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor of Science in Engineering. * Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Quality or Manufacturing role. * Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma training essential. * Training and/or experience with process engineering and manufacturing management. * Strong background in problem solving statistical techniques; strong attention to detail and be results-oriented. * Excellent oral and written communication skills along with organization and multi-tasking skills.
