Job Title: BUSINESS ANALYST - Level 1
Location: Westborough
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: Good
The Job Description is as follows:
1.Should have overall experience of 5 to 7 years in IT Business
2. Should have 2 years of experience planning and directing analysis of complex business problems to be solved with computer based applications using tools such as MS Project.
Should have specific experience and skill in planning, execution and production support.
3. Should have 2 years experience develop, write, and edit Business Requirements, Functional Design and other computer related technical documentation.
4. Should have 2 years of experience facilitating meetings and coordinating peers to accomplish projects and resolve problems.
5. Should be self starter and self sufficient requiring minimal supervision of day to day issue tracking & resolution.
6. Should possess technical, business, and people skills.
7. Should have minimum of 2 years experience understanding Administrative functions, Business Processes and applications of a company and should be in a position to analyze and support these applications
8. Should have minimum of 2 year of experience playing key role as subject matter expert and technical consultant throughout the lifecycle of their assigned applications.
9. Should have minimum of 2 years of experience in managing end-user client relationships while responding to both critical and routine application support requests as well as interfacing with software vendors and consultants for development and support.
10.Should have experience deriving cost effective solutions to solve complex business problems.
11. Should have excellent communication and problem solving skills
12. Should be capable of verifying and validating the applications against the business requirements.
13. Any database querying knowledge such as Oracle or SQL Server would be preferred
