Notes
Requirement Notes:	Staff augmentation for multiple sustaining initiatives in common services technical architecture. Milestones and deliverables to be determined based on sustaining initiative assignments. Job Description: This NPW will be responsible for developing architectures; the definition of the structures of an IT solution to a business problem. They must be proficient at the techniques that go into the formulation of architectures, including requirements discovery and analysis, application of abstraction, formulation of solution context, solution alternatives identification and assessment, technology selection, and architectural configuration. This requires practical skills and experience with many application and infrastructure (operational) products, technologies, and services (listed below). The NPW must have applied knowledge in the engagement of complex projects which include efforts that require cross-organizational/business partner/multiple customer or multi-vendor coordination and on efforts that require a system of substantial scale as measured by the total number of components, the number of different kinds of components, and the complexity of the relationships between them. This job requires demonstrated expertise of how to apply architectural thinking to mission, strategy, and vision in innovative ways that deliver positive impact and results to the business. Must be able to evaluate the relevance and currency of IT implementations and architectures in a changing business environment and in the context of enterprise and technology governance. Required to be an expert in the understanding of architectural principles and their implications to system design, security, system extensibility and interoperability, costs, and operational considerations. Project assignments will include analysis, architectural, design, and coding deliverables. The NPW must demonstrate an understanding and profeciency in the following skill areas: · - Demonstrate proficient/expert programming skills with Java and JEE frameworks. · - Proficient skills using Model Driven development tools, including use of BPMN and BPEL. · - Demonstrate proficient usage and administrative skills sets with other general - purpose middleware frameworks, including Websphere MQ, Sonic MQ, Spring, JMS, LDAP, Websphere AS, Weblogic AS. · - Strong communication skills - both for internal team discuss as well as for external team communication with clients. In addition, the following skills would be positive assets for the NPW: · - Demonstrate proficient usage and administrative skills sets with the following AT&T runtime infrastructure tools: Fusion Bus, AFT Discovery, AFT SWM, emBus, DataGate/Vicuna, MMT. The NPW must be able to: · - Show examples of design and architectural artifacts from previous projects. · - Show examples of communication documents related to architectural and design subjects from previous projects. · - Be available for inclusion in oncall/callout support rotations. Div preferred stock: 9x50,000 = 450,000

Total Div = 2,100,000+2,250,000=4,350,000

Retained earnings up to 2008 = 8,750,000-4,350,000=4,400,000

2009

Div preferred stock: 9x50,000 = 450,000

Retained earnging upto 2009 = 1,500,000 – 450,000 = 1,050,000

Net income 2009 = 1,050,000+4,400,000=5450,000

Minimum Requirements:
Customer Care and Billing experience MUST
CC&B consultant ( customer & billing)
A CC&B technical person with 2+ years experience using CC&B (preferably on release 2.2 or higher)
Be able to rapidly troubleshoot issues with the entire Oracle proprietary Customer Care and Billing software (not generic billing software using an Oracle data base)
