Our client, located in Cranford, NJ is seeking a Senior Oracle Programmer/Analyst for an immediate contract position. Details include:

- Interact with customers and business community to develop the necessary functionality (Forms, Reports and Procedures).

- Prepare detailed programming specifications based on systems conceptual design documents.

- Design, develop, test and implement enhancements to existing and new software modules supporting manufacturing and financials systems using Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports and PL/SQL.

- Maintain current knowledge of Oracle Tools, programming techniques and operations requirements.

- Test programs and system interfaces to ensure processing accuracy and validate that programs perform according to design requirements.

- Adherence to I/S Department documentation and programming standards.

- Assists I/S Operations with the promotion of new and/or revised software modules.

Requirements:

- Four plus years experience using Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports and PL/SQL

- Experience deploying Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports in an Oracle Application Server environment is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred

- Experience with PL/SQL stored procedures/packages/functions.

- Experience working with tables and views within forms and reports

- Functional experience with financial and manufacturing systems

- Experience working with or interfacing with Windows .Net applications is a plus.

We have 6 opening for this position. We have sent a few candidates, but they did not do well on the interviews. The response we got back from the client was that they really did not have the experience or knowledge of Portal Developer even though their resumes say different. They could not articulate their knowledge. I need High Level developers. These positions are very fill able and the client wants to hire from us.

This person will be working as a high level Portal developer to assist my team in the development and support of the Enterprise Clinical Portal. Websphere Application server and Portal products are required. Should also possess security experience or concepts. Experience with Office 2007. Experience with MS-Project a must. Strong presentation, analytical, written and oral communication and coordination skills are required.

6-10 years of IBM websphere portal (6.0) coding and unit testing (Critical requirement)
