Hello Partners,

Please go through the following urgent requirement I have with my direct client and let me know if you have any suitable resume.

Title: Siebel Business Analyst/Tester
Location: Miami, FL
Duration: 2 months
Rate; Open
Description:
The Siebel BA/Tester will be required to facilitate sessions to understand requirements and build process flow diagrams.
The resource will assist with designing the UI for the Siebel application and assisting the business with the business processes.
In addition the resource will take the requirements and translate those into test scripts and training manuals.
The resource will be responsible for participation in client discussions, defining/refining process flows and creating SIT and UAT scripts.
The resource should be a Siebel BA that has experience with Siebel 7.8 or 8..
The resource does not necessarily need to have experience with a Siebel upgrade, but it would be a plus.
Skills Sets:
Functional Analysis Skills with Sales & Marketing modules in Siebel; Siebel 7.8 or 8.; Visio and Word; Quality Assurance & Testing; Test Script creation; Quality Center - nice to have

Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience in each of the following areas is required for this position:

ü   Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with different project teams
ü   Leading a small offshore team for day to day assignments and deliverables
ü Flexibility working with offshore teams and ability to handle potential challenges - time differences and remote communication
ü Strong database knowledge and experience writing complex SQL queries
ü   Minimum of 4 years experience in ETL.
ü Knowledge of DataStage, GoldenGate, and Informatica
ü Experience with test case design/ execution, test data creation and defect management processes
ü Test Plan Creation
ü   Review project requirement and design documents for testability
ü    Develop test scenarios from applicable project documentation (use cases, requirements, technical design)
ü    Minimum of 1 year experience with HP Quality Center, preferably version 11
ü   QA status reporting
ü   Minimum of 3 years Data Warehouse testing experience
ü   Working with minimum application level security testing such as Role Based Access Control, SSO, etc.
ü Testing web services - preferably HP Service Test or SOAPUI
