Job Duty 1: Java Development (50%) – Developing code to integrate applications
Job Duty 2: Lifecycle support of developed code (30%) – Meeting to determine code requirements, troubleshooting defects with Testing teams, managing change requirements
Job Duty 3: Research and prototyping new requirements and best practices for our code and architecture (20%)

·         Minimum 3 +years SAP configuration experience for Quality Management in Quality Planning, Quality Production, Quality Procurement, and Quality Inspection.

·         Experience in configuring and managing the implementation of Quality Management functionality including Inspection plans, Operation sets, Inspection lot processing, Inspection points, Results recording, Defect recording, Usage Decisions, Sample management, Quality certificates, Quality notifications and SPC

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Results oriented

·         Good understanding of Integration points of Quality Management module with other SAP modules like Production Planning, PP-PI , SD , MM etc.

·         Good understanding of material and batch classification

·         Ability to work with a process person to develop, document and translate business requirements into conceptual designs.

·         Ability to write functional design specifications for QM module custom programming (more than just configuring for a specific process)

·         SAP Business Warehouse experience is a plus

Position: Windows Software Packager

Location: Westport, CT

Position Summary:

Technical analyst with experience in packaging and scripting software installations. Role includes the design, creation, testing, troubleshooting and verification of the solutions as well as silent deployment process with zero touch/unattended installations. Environment consists of Windows XP and Windows 2003 both 32 and 64 bit and will include 3rd party, in-house and enterprise software. A strong knowledge of proven packaging tools such as Wise, InstallShield, AdminStudio and/or Windows Installer is required. Advanced knowledge of Windows registry, file and folder security along with experience in supporting Windows operating systems is required. Candidate should be able to self manage and interoperate with a team, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have familiarity with release management processes and have experience working with vendors as well as internal users at various different levels.

Position Requirements :

· 5-7 years experience with application installation packaging and desktop/server configuration

· Experience with DLL Conflicts, Windows Registry, Environment Variables, and Batch Files.

· Experience with software distribution technology for software packaging and distribution

· Extensive scripting experience utilizing a variety of languages such as VB Script and/or WinBatch or other programming languages

· Experience with scripting using a combination of VBScript and WiseScript

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Knowledge of Windows 2003, Active Directory, group policies, strong MS office skills as it relates to projects

· Familiarity with Release Management processes

· Ability to work in a face paced high demand environment while consistently meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with working in virtual environments such as VMWare

• Experience with LANDesk
