Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on complex systems participating in all phases of the development life cycle including
requirements analysis; architecture specifications & design; application configuration; database design; programming;
 quality assurance; testing and implementation; and ongoing maintenance and support. The ability to bring strong
development techniques and communicate clearly with technical peers and management will be critical to the success of this role.

Essentials:

- 3+ years of in depth experience in object oriented business application design and development
- Expertise in C# .NET, SQL Server 2005,2008 database technologies (data modeling, writing complex queries, procedures, performance tuning, reporting), Web Services
- Experience using development tools such as Team Foundation Server, Visual Studio (2005, 2008)
- Good UI design and development skills using Javascript, Jquery, AJAX, CSS
- Experience with Source Control (VSS & Team Foundation Server), unit testing
- Experise in n-tier Application Architecture (e.g. MVC, SOA) and Design Patterns
- Effective communication, superior knowledge and outstanding problem solving thought processes
- Ability to plan and manage in a rapidly changing environment with a "Can Do" attitude
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and results driven
- Exposure to a global delivery model, including coordination with off-shore development resources
- Hands on experience using the various development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, UML) and how to apply them appropriately
- BS/BA in Computer Sciencce / Information technology / Engg ; Masters preferred.
