Job Description
Demonstrated ability for technical writing/documentation for Information Security Technologies or Identity and Access Management. It is expected that this person is able to perform the tasks independently a majority of the time with limited assistance from peers, product documentation and vendor support services.
· Document processes for development, operations, and business groups and engage in Workflow Analysis
· Understands validation concepts in order to produce documentation for validated systems and software components.
· Create software engineering technical diagrams, process low and flow charts to illustrate material. Create or modify existing process templates Document
· Align document for compliance with legal, business, security and regulatory requirements.
· Translates highly technical software components functions/features into process driven user friendly materials to support implementation and training of applications.
· Liaises with clients or developers to gather information and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to obtain technical information for documents
· Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, while working independently and with other technical writers
· Ensure documents meet established standards and guidelines for structure, format, content, grammar, and readability.
· The individual must have experience with best practices for writing for Information Security Technologies or Identity and Access Management

· Excellent technical writing, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
· Must be flexible and have the ability to interact with all levels of staff
· Highly motivated individual able to grasp complex technologies, tools or knowledge and learn quickly
· Must have a demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines
· Good organizational skills

Minimum 4+year's experience
· Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Expert level
· IT documentation process – Expert level
· SharePoint – Intermediate level
· Windows Operating System -Intermediate level
· Information Security Technologies – Intermediate level
· Identity and Access Management – Intermediate level
· Client/Server Web technology – Intermediate level
