Skills:

  • Strong development knowledge of Oracle Fusion 11g, Oracle Web Logic Suite 11g, Oracle Database 10g, 11
  • Hand-on experience on installing, configuring and tuning Oracle SOA, BPEL.
  • Performance tuning Oracle SOA Suite and composites
  • Expert level skill set on Web Logic administration and expertise on its internals
  • Tuning experience on JVM, Threads, Data sources is preferred
  • SOA (Service oriented Architecture) and OSB (Oracle Service Bus)
  • Hand-on experience on installing, configuring and tuning Oracle SOA, BPEL

MUST HAVES:
1)Strong BOBJ development skills
2)Past experience working as a Report Developer (Webi) for large scale
projects
3)Previous experience as a Lead Technician managing multiple resources
and priorities
3)Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to talk to
both internal customers and technical teams
4)Knowledge of Xcelsius a plus but not required

Additional Details:
Developer position, needs to be a self-starter who can work independently.
Primarily use Webi for report generation. It is 100% report development.
There will be some data mapping and data gap analysis required as part
of the development process.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibilities include medium to high
complexity BOBJ report development, and connectivity using Live Office
or Qaas

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
3-5 years experience in the following:

- In depth knowledge of building to requirements and requirements
documentation
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple deliverables in support of
BOBJ projects
- BOBJ report development for Versions 5.14 through XiR3
- Adhoc and standard report development using BOBJ and/or Xcelsius
- Performance test of reports
- Follow guidelines and development process including unit testing
- Work in a team development environment as well as independently
- Ability to deliver on complex universes and advanced reports
- Expertise in using aggregate aware, index aware, cascaded prompts, and
complex calculations in BOBJ designer
- Willingness to uncover and understand Client-specific data and make
recommendations to internal customers for greater use/efficiency
- Teradata experience is a plus- nice to have
- Requires good communication skills both oral and written forms
- Should be comfortable in both business and technical settings/situations

Job Description:

·         4 - 7 years' experience, implementing, testing, migrating, and managing  Core functional ETL processing (extract transform, and load)

·         Ability to successfully design, deploy and evolve ETL solutions to meet business requirements

·         Experience designing, implementing, managing ETL utility layer: common components supporting all other layers including forecasting capacity/performance  requirements and building scalable foundational ETL infrastructure to allow for future growth

·         Ability to work with team to develop policies, standards, best practices, training, processes for enterprise application Integration team

·         Thorough understanding of a Star Schema Database
