Skills Needed:
• BIBO Consultant at Level 6 - 1 Resource
• Must have interest in business functions and ability to assist Business Analysts in report and dashboard design and development, understanding the problem at hand, discussing the data, and alternative
approaches, then coming to recommendations for solution.
• Minimum 5 years experience with SAP Business Objects, BI 4.0 desired, in Administration and Operations Roles, with familiarity with Universe and Report Development tasks as well • Minimum 3 years
data warehousing experience including data modeling, ETL practices and querying RDBMS using sql
• Must have relevant reporting/analysis experience in the Sales, Marketing or Finance fields.
• Experience coordinating Business Objects admin/operations group preferred.
• Must have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Must have the ability to develop project plans and coordinate many different groups of people.
• Must be self-motivated and strong desire to learn and excel, and lean complex new environment in short timeframe with little assistance
• Must have bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related discipline.
• Previous industry experience in Automotive highly desired
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with developers, managers and functional users

SAP E-Sourcing/CLM Consultant
Work Location: Detroit, MI.
Position Type : Long-Term

• E-Sourcing Consultant 1 resource at experience Level 6 and 1 resource at experience Level 7
• Candidate must have 4-7 years of overall SAP experience with 2-3 years in SAP eSourcing/CLM areas
• Should be well versed with delivery of the technology/process deliverables related to the implementation and operation of SAP and its integration with SAP MM
• Should be able to perform As Is-To Be analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of SAP E-Sourcing/CLM solutions
• Must have knowledge of ESO/CLM bean shell coding (scripting, valuations, reports, etc to direct ABAP programmers in correcting code ).
• Knowledge of integration with SAP SRM 7.0 is an added advantage
• Should have worked on both implementation and support projects

• Must know processes and configurations in the area of Procurement, Logistics, Deliveries, Inventory Management, Warehouse management and its integration with PP, SD, QM and FI/CO

• Knowledge of some of the additional modules like PP, SD and QM will be preferred
• At least five end to end SAP projects implementation experience
• Business and IT experience with experience in implementing and operating SAP applications
• Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP modules and the ability to research & apply business best practices
• Experience designing and improving business process and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status and deliverables with customers
• Experience and knowledge of ASAP Methodology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work.

SAP SRM Consultant

• 5+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant with SAP SRM 5.0 and above.
• Experience with SRM 7.0, E-Sourcing 5.1, CLM 2.0, SRM-MDM 2.0
• Must know processes and configurations in SRM (Classic, Extended Classic , Standalone Scenarios) as well as Procurement within MM Module of ECC
• Configuration knowledge in E-Sourcing (RFx, bidding/reverse auctions), Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM), Spend Analytics, Supplier Self-Service (SuS), internal/external catalog management,
approval workflow will be preferred.
• Knowledge of some of the additional modules like EP, BW, and MM will be preferred
• Experience with CCM and MDM Catalog is a plus
• Prior experience on a SRM upgrade project is a plus
• At least three end to end SAP projects implementation experience
• Business and IT experience with experience in implementing and operating SAP applications
• Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP modules and the ability to research & apply business best practices
• Experience designing and improving business process and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status and deliverables with senior executives
• Experience and knowledge of ASAP Methodology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work.
