Day-to-Day
You will be the right-hand of the Principal Enterprise SOA Architect. You will shadow the Principal Enterprise SOA Architect in attending meetings with members of the technical community and business community. You will record meeting minutes, capture relevant requirements and decisions made. You will be the editor and keeper of all SOA related documentation in the Enterprise SOA Wiki. On a monthly you will be responsible for running reports to gather metrics from our service bus for throughput and capacity planning. As you grow in the role you will assist the Principle Enterprise SOA Architect in assessing the service portfolio in the enterprise then help build the enterprise capability map. You must understand the principles of Service Oriented Architecture and must assist the Principal Enterprise SOA Architect evangelizing the value of SOA across the organization through presentations, roadshows and other forms of communication. You must be knowledgeable about SOA and must have a passion for sharing your knowledge.
