Job Title           :  Mainframe Database Administrator
Location           :   Torrance, CA.
Duration          :   6 Months
Rate                   :   $40/Hr

 

Requirement Skills:  Mainframe IMS, DB2, DBA

 

Job description and skills:
8+ years of experience in Mainframe Database Administration for both DB2 and IMS.
DB2 and IMS Performance tuning and monitoring
Prior experience on projects that requires understanding of a software development life cycle and methodology.
4+ years of experience in the design, development and support of both large OLTP and Data Warehousing related databases and

applications.
Should be familiar with Mainframe tools, programs, utilities as well as DBA tools, i.e.; TSO, ISPF, Clist, DFDSS/ABARS, Omegamon for

DB2/IMS,
Cobol, CICS, MQSeries, Librarian, Erwin, DBArtsisan.
