Skills:

1.     Install, configure and manage WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere Commerce Server 2.     Experience with clustering and load balancing of application servers. 3.     Experience with Java and J2EE and Apache Ant. 4.     Experience with LDAP and Oracle. 5.     Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as both business and technical departments. Detail oriented. Strong project/time management skills 6.     Solid understanding of diverse environments and components - Unix, Windows, database, networks, etc. ·         Web applications administration ·         Java/J2EE Experience
