Scope of Work:
Software design and developer for the CES Project • Know how to use the Microsoft .Net development tool. Expert on Visual Basic.Net, C#.Net, ASP.Net, Java, JavaScript and XPath Expression languages. • Know web service and how to do the programming. • Understand XML data structure and programming to navigate and produce XML data files. • Know one of major relationship database like Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL. And good knowledge of SQL language. • Know IP network design and IP addressing scheme. Understand the basic routing protocol, such as Static, RIP, OSPF and BGP. • Know ATM, Voice, Packet, and VoIP network very well. Understand the traffic management, shaping and policing. • Understand call profile, the network commissioning, and installation process. Understand the configuration and its impact to the operation/performance measurement. • Understand how L2 Ethernet switches and L3 routers work. • Know how to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and VBA programming, Perl script programming. • Good communication, writing, and presentation skill. • Good problem solving skills to resolve the CRs and know how to use Clarify Case and Quality system and processes for engineering team. • Provide technical support and training to the regional engineers and Network Integration team. • Know how to create DE, SOW, and work force plan. Excellent negotiation skill. • Familiar with network engineering end-to-end processes. • Prefer BS degree from CS, CE and EE. • Prefer to have at least 2 years regional network engineering work experience or similar skills.
