Location: Mumbai (Andheri East) & Madhya Pradesh Office

 

IT/ Technical Recruiter

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying qualified technical resources for our clients open contractor positions
  • Reviewing resumes
  • Contacting the resource and conduct initial screening (overall qualification, communication skills)
  • Reference checking
  • Formatting resumes
  • Candidate follow up
  • Setting up Interview and more…

 

Experience / Skills Required:

 

  • Recent experience recruiting for staffing firms is a MUST for this position
  • Minimum of 1+ years of successful recruiting experience with a proven track record of setting, achieving and exceeding assigned goals
  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
  • Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements
  • Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple high priority requirements at any given time
  • Must be able to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume requisition workload
  • Must have broad overall knowledge of technical terminology
  • Proven ability to cultivate relationships with technical professionals
  • Must be familiar with social networking techniques
  • Must have strong organization skills and ability to multitask
  • Must be an exceptional team player with excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive team environment
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills
  • Competent in all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle
  • Strong existing network of technical resources preferred
  • Must be well versed with all leading technologies like SAP, Oracle, Java, .NET etc
  • Must be familiar with US Tax terms (Corp to Corp, 1099, W-2 etc)
  • Must be willing to put standard US Central time hours (Night Shift)
  • Manage relationships with recruitment vendors.
  • Ability to work unsupervised but also be part of a team environment.
