Job Description:
Role: Project Manager (IT)
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: San Ramon, CA
General Information
Candidate will work on various projects including a project to compare in-house solutions (Lynx and APO) to what a 3rd party can offer to fill potential process gaps.
Key Requirements:
•Experience working with IT Procurement and external vendors on a 3rd party tool selection project- Experiences in RFI/RFP process.
•Ability to understand DS&C C2C VCO processes and tools from a "big-picture" perspective since tools likely to be evaluated are currently in use by both Lubricants and ST&CI for fuels/refinery planning.
•More than 6 years of Project Management experiences
Common Project Manager skills:
•Project Manager experienced with business engagement, DRB/DE relations, and building rapport with business team members.
•Experience working in conjunction with a business-based Project Manager/Team Leader.
•Experience utilizing rigor tool and applying appropriate level of rigor to project deliverables.
•Scope definition and alternatives assessment will potentially be complex.
• Demonstrated ability to drive decisions and build support/commitment to a course of action
Highly desirable:
•Knowledge of Lubricants
•Knowledge of the Lynx toolset
