Under a Windows XP (desktop) / Windows 2003 (server) environment:

Need to haves:

1. Excellent communication skills (some of the topics are very complex)

2. Oracle Forms 6i (version Patch 17)  - client / server

3. Oracle Reports 6i (version Patch 17) - client / server

4. Oracle SQL*Plus

5. Oracle PL/SQL

6. Oracle database (10g) - tables, views, procedures, functions, packages, roles, privileges,

                                       triggers, constraints, indexes, tablespaces

                                     - referential integrity, 3rd Normal Form

7. Basic Oracle Application tuning
