Sr Functional Lead (1)

• Desired level of experience:

• 9.0 to 9.1 upgrade (includes fit/gap)
• ePerformance 9.1
• Career & Succession planning 9.1
• Profile Management configuration (9.0 and 9.1)
• PS upgrade exp a must from 9.0 to 9.1 Talent Management
• Big picture guy holistic approach
• Talent mgt design and config fit gap.
• Mentor current team and knowledge transfer
• Ptools upgrade exp to 8.5
• ELM is a plus

• Will be utilized for a minimum of 6 months (April - September)

Key functional skill areas within PS Talent Mgt 1) eperformance 2)succcession planning 3) profile management and config all are a must have at Sr level.
