If you are already working in some organization then you can take project. project is a type of study related to your specialization. It may be comparative study of two organizations, or it may may be detailed study of some topic in some organization. like I have chosen the topic " Comparative Analysis of Recruitment and Selection Process in Descon Engineering Qatar and AMEC".
If you are not working and just studying then you are to take internship. For internship you have to join some organization for up to 2 to 3 months and then you are required to write a report on your selected topic.
