Role: Java/J2ee Developer

Duration: Long Term

Location: Richmond, VA (remote work)

 

Required Skills:

 

•Seasoned Development professional with 6-8 years development exposure in J2EE based Web related technologies.

•Hands on exposure to JSF (Java Server Faces) / Hibernate and integration experience with other applications

•Hands-on design experience using Unified Modeling Language (UML).

Hands-on experience using development tools (e.g. WID (WebSphere Integration Developer),RAD (IBM Rational Application Developer), and Eclipse

•Strong Portal developer using WebSphere Portal

•Agile Development Experience

•DB2/Oracle Experience

•Should have strong object-oriented development skills.

Should be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

•Should have experience in heavy Transaction Processing and Transaction Management.

Should have strong verbal and written communication skills.

•Eclipse is a multi-language software development environment comprising an integrated development environment (IDE) and an extensible plug-in system

 

Preferred:

•Ideal candidates will have prior health-care, insurance and/or Medicaid related experience

(MMIS)
