Job Description:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and six to ten years experience in systems design and programming.
SharePoint Technologies
Experience converting business processes and needs into technical SharePoint requirements and managing the complete
SharePoint SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), including analysis, design, code and testing of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft technologies
• Strong understanding of SharePoint structures, theories, principles, and practices
• Strong programming Skills in .NET, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Power Shell, Web parts Development, Workflow
• Working knowledge on SharePoint Administrative Functions like Server Farm Administration, Site Deployment
• Migration of Lotus Notes databases to SharePoint Technologies
Messaging Platforms
Good understanding of Messaging platforms (Lotus Domino, MS-Exchange)
Experience in migrating from Domino to Exchange 2007 or 2010 preferable
Other Responsibilities
Working knowledge of systems software, protocols, Internet technologies, and standards
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, test plans, and implementation plans
Understanding of the organizations goals and objectives
Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Hands-on software troubleshooting experience
Web services programming, a plus
Database Administration
