Duration: 6 Months+
Skills:

Highly skilled in DB2/UDB DBA in AIX / UNIX / P-Series platform. Following are the mandatory required Skill Sets

 

·         Strong DB2/UDB knowledge on Installing, backup, DR, Performance tuning, Maintenance utilities, Database Migrations and Upgrades

·         Script DB utilities / processes

·         Working knowledge on AIX and UNIX platforms

·         Very good knowledge on DB2 Explain, System Snapshots, DB2Top analysis

·         Strong SQL sills including ability to rewrite complex queries for performance improvements

·         Implement DB2 monitoring

·         Good written and verbal communications skills

·         Ability to prioritize, multitask and work with remote teams

·         Should have project management and team leading skills

·         Experience with VLDB environments
