Indian Job Search Engine eBharatJobs.com has rolled out latest updates code named "Indiusa".
"Indiusa will help jobseekers find and share jobs quicly and efficiently. We have been closely monitory behaviour of our visitors, and now have come up with a system that will allow them to participate more on our website" the firm's senior Mangesh Chimote quoted.
According to eBharatJobs, Indiusa consists of more than 67 updates included for better job searching experience. Once the job seekers enters keywords and location, job search results are presented in a intuit way. Candidates can sort the results by city, company, category, freshness, and so on. Each search listing has further option to search for related jobs, more jobs from interested company, related jobs. Along with this, candidates can forward these jobs to friends through newsly and updated "tell-a-friend" window.
All city names are shown along with their respective state names. This will ease the confusion created by similar city names in various states. Just for example, city Aurangabad is prominent in Maharastra as well as Bihar. Now with out new technology, candidates will be able to search for jobs from either of two without confusing much. eBharatJobs has also eliminated cities with multiple names. Candidates can enter "Banglore" or "Bengaluru", but they will get jobs only from "Banglore".
"We are giving more important to user entered data, and are trying to understand what exactly the job seeker is trying to find. We are working in answering this challenge and Indiusa is a step in that direction", the firm's technical person Vinay Yadav said.
