Job Description:  
The SAP Security Analyst will work closely with the COE Functional Teams, COE Change Teams, COE Technical Teams as well as local
implementation and off shore support teams to design and build the overall security solution to meet business needs. The SAP Security
Analyst ensures that application security standards are well integrated into global systems by designing security around business processes in collaboration with several business partners. This position is also responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining global SAP application security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures that are in alignment with the corporate strategic plan and supports the project team during the implementation. Under certain conditions, driven by business need and/or solution complexity, Security Analyst may assist the offshore support teams to support the production environment.
The position is primarily responsible for ensuring that the ECC and CRM security design is defined in a scalable manner that promotes data integrity for all current and future deployments.
This position is also responsible for assisting in the implementation and integration of SOD monitoring, configuration of user access
requests and approvals via workflow, and performing preventative segregation of duties analysis using the Business Objects GRC suite.
The Security Analyst will also be responsible for developing and training regional support staff on new operational procedures, GRC and 
CRM security design and post-go live sustainment. While this position has no direct reports, this individual is responsible for providing knowledge transfer to regional staff and direction and coordination of SAP security activities in the international markets.
Experience in Business Objects GRC RAR and CUP, ECC 6.0, and CRM 7.0 security a must.  
 
Requirement:
Minimum of 3+ years experience in implementing SAP Security.
Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations
Minimum of 2+ years experience using the Business Objects GRC suite
Minimum of 2+ years experience in SAP CRM security
General understanding of process areas within the program (e.g. Supply Chain, Finance, Go-To-Market).
Ability to work collaboratively across project teams
Ability to plan and organize development work & deliverables
Broad understanding of Sarbanes Oxley compliance, familiarity with audit, business controls, and segregation of duties
Understanding of the business structure and objectives for the assigned area of responsibility
Ability to present and defend design decisions across functional areas.
Possess good decision making skills
Possess extensive knowledge about the SAP authorization concept and prior experience in role design and unit testing of roles.
