Project Location: Fairfield, CA
Project Duration: 3-6 months
Project Start date: ASAP
Project Details:
High level understanding of enterprise level print services with SAP and fault tolerance experience quickly. This is not basic Windows Print Server experience.
Must understand the printing option from a hosted SAP platform and fault tolerance spread over two data centers.
Must have experience to engineer the proper solution/size/quantity of print servers.
Expertise with Common Printer Emulation settings and Configuration Options
Micro-printing w/Laser Printers
Qualifications Required Skills and Experience:
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to maintain composure and professionalism during difficult customer encounters and/or crisis situations.
Expertise assessing and troubleshooting technical problems
Effective communication skills
Enthusiastic motivated individual with the ability to work independently but productively and cohesively within the team environment
