1) Migration exp. from 2007 to 2010.
2) Has been the SOLE SP admin doing full the entire full lifecycle of a migration COMING OUT OF A SMALL environment.
3) Someone who is easy going, flexible and has great communication.

Migrations experience is an ABSOLUTE Must as well as setting up policies
Experience in an enterprise (SP) SharePoint server farm
Migration experience (MOSS 2007) – From test environments to actual production
Migrating to single domain, they are on multiple domains
SharePoint Designer experience
Customizing templates
Backup / DR (Disaster Recovery)
Creating as well as maintaining Security Groups
Giving options to a solution
Suggest enhancements and upgrades
