i have the following requirement, Immediate start.

 

Minimum 6 years of solid Java Services Development experience in the following areas:  ·         Extensive Web Application development experience using Java J2EE ·         Extensive experience in creating web services (JAX-RPC, AXIS, JAX-WS)           ·         Extensive Experience developing complex J2EE applications using JSP, Javascript, HTML ·         Experience with frameworks such as Spring ·         Experience in developing Rich Internet Application using JavaScript frameworks like jQuery ·         Extensive experience in using persistence frameworks like Hibernate ·         Experience with XML/XSLT/XPath, Web Services ·         Experience developing in Rational Application Developer ·         Experience using CVS            ·         Strong in Object - oriented design/analysis, UML modeling, Classic design patterns, J2EE patterns.  Pr      Preferred ·         Exposure to any of the following App Servers: Weblogic, JBoss, Tomcat, or Websphere ·         Ability to multi-task while maintaining high quality of deliverables ·         Data-modeling and database design skills with any of the following databases: SQL Server ·         Solid understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle ·         Experience with any enterprise Content Management System (CMS) is a plus ·         Experience with Middleware development using or IBM products is a plus ·         Good writing and communication skills
