Assalam Alaikum,
After 3 months of result announcement you can request for degree(it is free and responsibility of VU to deliver at nearest VU's own camps ), however if you want urgent degree then according to VU rules you have to pay 1500 as urgent fee. On the other hand you must be delivered degree at the next upcoming convocation after your result announcement. (if you passed in the last semester then on Jun 01,2012 you can apply for degree however in Apr,2012 you must be delivered degree through convocation. )
