Hi,

Position: Performance Tester/Lead
Location: Orlando, FL
Duration: 6+months

Requirement 8-10 Years of experience as a Performance. Tester/Lead/Engineer of J2EE based Software Solutions.
Excellent problem solving and communication (written and verbal) and Facilitation skills.
Ability to work independently with experience interacting with business, Testing and architecture community.
Ability to Develop work plan, developer test strategy and approach, and detailed performance test plans for new iterations .
Experience with Performance testing tools (Load Runner, JMeter preferred).
Experience with JProbe and Wily Introscope for profiling. Profile slow performing areas of the application and identify bottlenecks and opportunities for performance improvements.
Ability to quickly analyze the problem area in the system with proper justification based on performance results and profiling is a must. Managed, and trained cohesive teams in both onsite and offshore outsourcing models. Plan, coordinate and articulate performance metrics with client stake holders.
Prior knowledge in agile delivery and experience in technology stack such as Restful, Event and ESB oriented system deployment.
Proficient in load testing, profiling, troubleshooting, and performance tuning on application servers and JVM.
Experience in scripting in Unix environment along with in tools such as load runner, Jmeter and experience in Profiling and Monitoring tools.

Desired Experience:
Assists Project Management with status reporting, presentations, as needed.
Perform root cause analysis based on results and defects.
Ability to review and make recommendations to refactor J2EE code for optimal performance
