Must Have
· 6+ years of OIM experience
· Need to have experience in Request based provisioning, access policy, customization of connectors, adapter designing, reconciliation mechanism
· Experience in RSA ClearTrust for Single Sign On configuration
· Should have experience in configuring SSO for different applications.
· Should have experience in deployment of web agents for access control, configuration of authorization models, single sign-on configurations
· Experience in Troubleshooting the issues on SSO systems
· SQL knowledge is mandatory
· Knowledge on Java and Weblogic are preferable
· Good analytical and problem solving skills
· Knowledge and application of software development life cycle methodology
· Good communication, interpersonal and consultative skills to work effectively with vendors, customers, peers, and IT management and staff.
· Ability to work with minimal supervision and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Nice to Have
· Experience in documenting or creating technical specifications is a strong plus

Position: SQL Server Developer and SSRS/ SSAS Must
Location: Bellevue, WA

Responsibilities:
•Three or more years of hands on experience using MS SQL Server including SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS),SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
• Able to design, build, maintain & deploy complex reports in SSRS
• Fluent in constructing SQL stored procedures, view, and functions
• Proven knowledge of SQL Server Analysis Server (SSAS), including experience constructing queries using MDX language
•Understand basic statistical routines (mean, percentiles, significance, correlations) with ability to apply in data analysis (experience using SPSS a plus)
• Able to turn ideas into creative & statistically sound reporting solutions
•Format and manipulate data based on user requirements
•Troubleshoot & resolve report quality and/or performance issues
•Flexible in your approach and innovative in your solutions
•Evaluate and recommend tools & charting components to enhance future reporting solutions
•Develop database queries as requested using both T-SQL and MDX
•Maintain multiple report versions in Microsoft Visual SourceSafe or Visual Studio Team System
•Build & manage effective and efficient report deployment processes
•Document business rules that are applied throughout reporting solutions

Required Skills:
Needs to have a thorough understanding of Activity Based Costing, CO-PA with implementation experience in SAP Controlling and have a detailed understanding of functionality differences in PCM and SAP CO.
Should be able to understand the big picture while being hands-on developing detailed cost models with a good understanding of the SAP PCM Roadmap.
Should have detailed experience in reporting using BOBJ tools since reporting out of PCM will be enabled using BOBJ reporting tools.
Specific experience relating to PCM includes:
· Navigation through the Profitability and Cost Management Model Builder and End User interfaces.
· Design a basic model calculating to the Activity costs, Cost Object costs and profitability results
· Performing model optimization
· Knowledge of scenario modeling
· Ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into PCM models
· Security setup
