As I am an oversease student working in a private company, so I have already selected the Final Project as last option. Kindly help me in selecting the topic of project proposal and need all of yours guidance in order to successfully attempting it.

it depends, whether you are employeed or not. if you are engaged in some job currently than university will require final project.in other case, you have to select internship.
