Role: SAP BI/BW resource with Cliqview
Location: Hermitage, TN/ Remote (plan for an initial on site period of 2-4 weeks then all work done remote)

Rate Range: Market – "competitive" all inclusive
Below is a new project with Deloitte. Candidates are REQUIRED to have CLIQVIEW exp. 2-4 weeks onsite and then all remote.

The SOW will be direct with Deloitte & Touche USA LLP…
Primary Duties:
• Lead other analysts and developers in the analysis, design, development, delivery, support and communication of SAP Business Intelligence (BI) projects for Deloitte & Touche USA LLP and its subsidiaries' ("the Deloitte U.S. Firms") data warehouse.
• Accountable for full project life cycle and team achievements of project milestones, with emphasis on translation of user requirements into specifications for complex logical/physical data models, source data capture, dictionary design, data integrity and overall warehouse design/load procedures.
• Lead the consulting efforts with users/business analysts and other functional teams to gather and interpret their documented reporting requirements for various data warehouse projects.
• Design and lead development of logical data models using best practices for data capture, data dictionary design, maintenance and overall data integrity.
• Design and lead development of supporting business process procedures that allow for an automated data load and promulgation of data to the warehouse.
• Leads the support of and consulting services to report developers, users and EAG Product Owners in mining, analysis and interpretation of warehoused data
• High level contributor, expected to provide leadership, guidance and direction to others on medium to large complex projects.
• Perform lead role in all levels and aspects of BI development life cycle.
• Provides detailed functional knowledge throughout the entire development process.
• Provide status reports, isolate and resolve problems, initiate system enhancements as required.
• Works with other BW staff to increase their expertise in data modeling, project scoping and planning.
• Lead the evaluation of new SAP BI technology for applied use with the Deloitte BI architecture.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree is required. Major in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred. Masters degree in Information Systems or Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant SAP BW experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years with BW 7.0 experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with SAP HCM BW Reporting required.
• Experience with ABAP also desired.
• Experience leading mid-size to large BI development projects required.
• Experience in data warehouse modeling and design required.
• Experience with project management, product development life-cycle word processing, spreadsheet, and a groupware tool is needed.
• Able to identify and discuss client expectations as relevant to own area and monitor and report on delivery of what was promised.
• Able to identify and document specific problems and resolution alternatives and describe a specific problem and offering the perspective of each involved stakeholder.
• Able to gain agreement on the problem-solving process, risk assessment, decision points, and criteria.
• Experienced in analyzing daily problems for trends and taking steps to avoid recurrence.
• Experience with test plan creation, Performance/Load/Stress/Automated testing of BI warehouses, Test report and Test result analysis
• Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams, managing multiple tasks/assignments with staggered due dates and deadlines through effective time management skills.
• Ability to function and interact across teams in a large matrix organization to execute multiple tasks/assignments simultaneously with input from several resources.
• Ability to apply technical skills with effective verbal and written communication is a must.
• Ability to identify and communicate issues/risks applying technical and root cause analysis skills is a must.
• Ability to conduct technical discussions directly with Project/Product management and clients is a must.
• Must be a self motivated and pro-active BI technical leader and possess a strong decision making, problem solving and analytical skills
