Job Title: SAP HCM/HR Testing Lead

Location: NY

Duration: 6 Months+

Skills:

·         Manage and deliver testing deliverables with multi-disciplinary teams while respecting deadlines.

·         Optimize and increase testing  team productivity by devising innovation solutions or improving existing processes

·         Identify, recruit and retain strong testing personnel

·         Develop and manage testing organizational structure to provide efficient and productive operations.

·         Provide issue resolution to all direct subordinates, escalating issues when necessary with appropriate substantiation and suggestions for resolution.  Communicate any issues to the Integration Manager or Project Manager

·         Ensure project and Cognizant processes and policies are followed by the testing team

·         Ensure project and Cognizant testing standards are followed by the testing team

·         Coordinate and lead all testing related client communications and meetings.

·         Proactively communicate with the appropriate client resources regarding issues, roadblocks, inquiries, etc

·         Responsible for providing weekly status report to Project Manager

·         Act as the global architect and client point of contact for all testing activities in scope

·         Direct and mentor testing team participants

·         Lead daily testing team calls with Offshore

·         Manage to the testing project plan

·         Prioritize testing tasks

·         Conduct quality assurance audits on all testing deliverables prior to client delivery
