point to be noted that , Jihad sirf riyasat ke marzi sy he jayez hy warna nahe, for example hamara country leader agay bolay k india ya america k khilaf jihad karo tab he hum par jihad karna jayez hy, and if we take action w/o the consent of country head that it will be not legal according to Islam
