Required

EJB (Session, CMP, BMP, MDB) design and development
JSP and Servlet design and development
JMS design and development
Strong understanding of messaging based systems
Web Services/SOAP design and development
XML DTD and Schema development
Oracle PL/SQL design and development
Strong UNIX/Linux experience
experience using the Ant compiler
In depth experience using Weblogic Workshop IDE
Strong working knowledge of Weblogic Integration
Can identify and apply  typical J2EE design patterns
Extensive experience with Object Oriented Analysis and design and the ability to mentor others In its use
Mature development and design skills.  Able to understand and translate complex business concepts into sound, reusable designs.  Able to provide multiple solutions to solve complicated business and technical problems.
Excellent technical documentation skills (e.g. functional and technical specifications, etc.)
Experience with performance tuning high volume J2EE applications using performance testing and Analysis tools

 

Desire

Experience with Service Oriented Architecture
Familiarity with UML and/or Rational Methodology
