Roles & Responsibilities	:	Should be able to identity root cause of SRM systems  ,which could be related to month end load , network issues , resource constraint Must have good knowledge of  upgrade , support pack upgraded of SRM,MDM & configurations
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Communication with different teams and problem solving skills. Team managing skills with leadership qualities sought
