NEED Certified Sales Force Consultants

 

I need two SFDC consultants for these positions at our direct client. Duration is 6 months. All inclusive rate is preferred.

 

Position 1 (Current/Old -  IT Department Open Requirement – New Description)

 

Title: Senior Salesforce.com Consultant/Architect  – this person will report directly to the Director of Systems Development, leading 1 or more individuals, and will have primary responsibility in defining and implementing solutions in SOA/Cloud-based environment.

 

Responsibilities to include:

- Understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to the Salesforce release upgrades
- Executes all configuration changes (this may involve simply changing field names or could be more work-intensive project such a re-mapping fields and field value or doing a record update project that may require tools such as the Apex Data Loader or Excel Connector)

 

- A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.

· Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team focused over-delivering customer's needs.

· Strong technical foundation including; Advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, etc., understanding of relational database concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.

Required Skills:

* Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Administrator Preferred
* Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer Required
* Typically requires 5 - 8 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Strong technical design skills with a creative flare in devising products and solutions to meet business needs
* Knowledge of enterprise systems; CRM, SFA, and ERP
* Client-focused attitude. A customer advocate
* Experience with Enterprise Integration tools
* Technical skills: JSP/ ASP, Java, HTML and style sheet
* Understanding of XML, SQL, and enterprise application integration
* Fundamental understanding of Web Services
* SOAP/XML/Https
* Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA)
* Object Oriented Development Skills (Java or .Net)
* JavaScript/HTML/AJAX knowledge
* Experience with extract, transformation and load tools
* Demonstrated deployments of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, C++, and ASP
* Needs to have SFDC Certifications 201 or 401(either one)
* SFDC Certification 501
* SFDC Advanced Administrator
* Apex and Visual Force

Position 2 (New IT Department Job Requirement –

 

Title: Mid-level Salesforce.com Developer

 

Responsibilities to include:

• Perform Salesforce.com day-to-day user support including system configuration and administration
• Keep updates on changes to business applications with regard to updates, upgrades and service patches as needed.
• Work with the user community for creation and implementation of custom functionality and effective use of business applications.
• Enhance the document policy and procedures.
• Work as part of a matrixed development team to deliver technical solutions based on clear business requirements

Required Skills:

·         * Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies

·         * Excellent analytical, written and oral communication and organizational skills

·         * Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Administrator Preferred
* Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer Required
* Typically requires 3 – 5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
