-          Comfortable working in small groups (scrums) and leading an effort

-          Can do manual testing and automation, write scripts

-          Go-getter attitude

-          Personable, outgoing

-          Testing background…problem solving, methodical, organized

-          Strong communication skills…verbal and written, someone to write scripts

-          Unix

-          SQL

-          Quality Center

-          Quick Test Pro (QTP) good to have – automated testing tool

-          Agile

-          Programming – VB, Python, Perl, Java, C, C++
