Required:

·         4 to 6 years of experience in Quality management, total IT experience of 8-10 years.

·         Certifications - 6 Sigma Black Belt, MOF / ITIL v3

·         Strong experience as Quality/Process Lead in process definition and process improvement using various industry best practice frameworks for large 24x7 support engagements

·         Experience in identifying and defining metrics and data analysis

·         Experience in driving Quantum Change / Improvement in service quality

·         Strong communication and leadership skills in customer facing scenarios

·         Knowledge of areas such as automation, problem management and knowledge management

 

Desired

·         Experience in infrastructure services domain - working in operations/production support environments [example - Server Administration / Database Administration / Network Management]

·         Familiarity with CMMI for Services, ISO 20000, PMI-PMBOK, COBIT, Agile

·         Certifications - 6 Sigma Master Black Belt
