Q - What are the major functions of Panchayat ? Discuses in detail ? 5 Marks.
Q - Ms. Amna is in a conflict with her supervisor, Mr. Dawood. During Mediation process, she lost her temper and behave immaturely. In response , the mediator say's " Amna you are behaving like a Child, keep Mr. Dawood's personal life out of the discussion and stop your immature behavior".
State what mistakes the mediator has made in response to Mr. Asma. - 5 Marks
Mostly MCQ's were from the old papers and Quiz files.
