Job Title	:	Technical Lead , Technical Team Member
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	6+ years ( Senior ) , 3+ Yrs (Junior)  - Total Requirements 6 associates at onsite
Technical/Functional Skills	:	Good technical and functional knowledge on Java / J2EE     Excellent Communication skills
Experience Required	:	Sound knowledge of Java / J2EE , Web Services , Spring , Struts , Hibernate , XML , UML , Design Patterns Sound knowledge of administration, configuration and set up of application. Ability to work across multi layers of application: DB, App server, OS. Sound knowledge of Integration using SOA. Exposure or Experience on Embedded systems for senior professionals. Domain knowledge in Medical Devices industry is good to have.
Roles & Responsibilities	:	Design , Architecture , Development , Testing Troubleshoot issues and work with vendor to fix Documentation per standards Customizations & Enhancements the app per requirements
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Ability to influence the stakeholders Good communication & coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
