Training Developer

 

 

Start Date:  03/14/2011 

End Date:  08/19/2011 

Location:  Franklin Lakes, NJ

 

 

Support the development of SAP training content using the uPerform tool, managing project plans, communicating status, using Sharepoint to track and monitor progress. Monitor the support mailbox and provide support to the Training Points of Contact. Provide training on using the uPerform tool to subject matter experts.

 

Primary Responsibilities: -

Review content created by subject matter experts using the uPerform tool against established standards.

- Perform testing and publishing of content prior to deploying in the Learning Management System (Plateau).

- Provide training support on the use of the tools to end users.

- Coordination of data for reporting and issues management.

- Project management for the content development activities.

- Support the team in other activities and tasks as necessary in relation to creating and deploying content.

 

Skills/Education Required: -

Experience with using RWD uPerform for SAP ERP content development.

- Experience with using Sharepoint.

- Project Management experience and ability to create and execute plans against tight timelines.

- Detailed oriented and strong organizational skills.

- Experience and knowlege with the process for translations and localization of content for SAP training deployment.

- Development of SAP content using the uPerform tool

- Working in a Global regulated environment
